MVP Prototype

I like to work in small, focused blocks of time. I’ve found it is best to keep scope narrow, while remaining aware of the larger project goals. I often work on small pilot projects that take a week or two, which allows everyone involved to learn how well we will work well together before getting too far down the road to turn back. This pilot approach continues to be low-risk and high reward, often resulting in larger engagements with better communication and scoping.
