MedWise App
MedWise is a medication safety application used by pharmacists, physicians and patients on desktops and mobile devices. I was hired as the first designer at Tabula Rasa HealthCare, and put in charge of leading the interface and user experience design for this new product. I was responsible also unifying 12 other applications under a new visual identity, and leading a team of 8 designers.
Card Sorting
In 2017, I started designing an innovative medication safety application for pharmacists.
I worked with 12 pharmacists during a two-day session, allowing them to organize information into an intuitive hierarchy using index cards and sticky notes.
Information Architecture
Information gathered during card sorting was converted into user flow diagrams and shared for feedback and refinement.
Diagraming the process improves communication and provides a visual representation of the user experience.
